There are 50 seats available in the restaurant for the visitors who can have a meal, sit down with a glass of tasty beer, wine or when you want to chat and enjoy a cup of coffee served with our homemade pies, desserts or sundaes. The restaurant includes a comfortable lounge bar and an outdoor patio where the visitors can have a barbecue or just have a rest in the beautiful scenery of Ještěd. High-quality and fresh cuisine with plenty of vegetable is oriented on active sporty clients, our menu includes vegetarian meals.

Among the most popular dishes with both Czech people and foreigners are typically Czech national meals like sirloin on cream, hot goulash or sweet dumplings filled with bilberries as well as simple regional meals like sour soup, potato pancake served with sauerkraut or mushroom silly billy. For regular visitors of the hotel we organize Days of international cuisine which is a period of five days in each month reserved for typical French, Swiss, Italian or Mexican dishes. These days are accompanied with music of the particular countries.

The lounge bar next to the restaurant is an airy room equipped with the audiovisual technologies. It is suitable for organizing weddings, lectures or workshops, or parties. To make the evenings more pleasant for the customers we are able to invite a band or a pianist.
